The personal data you provide when you register is stored in the Salesforce Salescloud. In addition, your personal data is also transferred to the Salesforce Marketing Cloud to carry out personalized advertising measures via email, on our social media channels and using Google Ads on other websites you visit. We use Salesforce Marketing Cloud to send our newsletters, for automated mailings (e.g. welcome mailings) as well as for advertising campaigns on social networks and online advertising on other websites. To do this, the newsletter subscriber's data is transferred from the Salescloud to the Marketing Cloud. Salesforce Marketing Cloud data is stored and processed on Salesforce servers in the USA. With the help of so-called web beacons and pixels, we receive information about users' click behavior via the Marketing Cloud. Interaction data is stored directly on the user in the Marketing Cloud so that we can send you targeted advertising via AdStudio, e.g. via social networks. If you do not want this, on the one hand, you have the option of displaying personalized advertising in your account settings on social networks. You can also use a different email address than the one for your social media accounts for newsletters or registration with us.
The data in the Salesforce Salescloud and in the Salesforce Marketing Cloud is used exclusively by us. Under no circumstances will your data be sold to third companies, persons or institutions.
The processing of your data in Salesforce SalesCloud is based, where relevant, on our legitimate interest in using a CRM system in accordance with Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR, otherwise on your consent in accordance with Article 6 (1) (1) (a) GDPR.
The processing of your data in Salesforce MarketingCloud is based on your consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (a) EU GDPR.
