KOMM MIT
Travel Guide
Ideally, you should call the tournament office, which is staffed at least until afternoon on the day of departure. From there, the accommodation will be contacted and what has been forgotten can be picked up if necessary. It can be sent or picked up at KOMM MIT headquarters in Bonn.
As a rule, claims are covered by private liability insurance.
KOMM MIT's cooperation partners are the German Football Association (DFB), JAKO AG as an outfitter, PSD Bank West eG, the VEREINT Foundation! and Deutsche Telekom, plus individual national soccer associations and local clubs in the tournament countries.
Half board means breakfast and dinner, whereas full board means breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The accommodation is usually ready for occupancy in the early afternoon from around 14 hours (exception: tents and bungalows can usually be moved into directly).
Depending on the booking, the last meal on the day of departure is breakfast or lunch in the form of a packed lunch. However, unless otherwise communicated by KOMM MIT, the latter must be ordered independently from the property the day before.
KOMM MIT does not provide insurance coverage for accidents on site, either during games or during leisure time.
Each participant should pay attention to their own insurance coverage or check it before traveling. German participants are usually insured through Deutsche Sporthilfe or their association.
If you arrive on the KOMM MIT bus, the arrival time is planned for around noon. Groups that organise the trip themselves should also plan it this way whenever possible.
The trip can be canceled and/or changed in accordance with the terms and conditions point 5.
The KOMM MIT app provides an overview of tournaments, game schedules, results and the transfer schedule. In addition, the tournament rules, emergency numbers and other useful information are stored there. You can also discover the photo gallery and the excursion options here.
Not necessarily. There are often standard forms in multiple languages. There is often an interpreter in the police station by the hour. In serious cases, an interpreter is appointed.
