Football is for everyone. Football is limitless. Football is what unites us.
Our love for football unites us — no matter where we come from. We believe that football is not just a sport, but also a universal means of communication that connects us all. Our goal is to teach children and young people values such as respect, inclusion and equality through sporting activities.
Our mission - sharing values through football
Working together for a better future
We create a respectful framework in which children and young people develop positive personality traits through informal learning and experience social values such as respect and tolerance. Football, as a team sport and global means of communication, brings together young people from all over Europe and promotes their acceptance of differences.
Through targeted events, we support healthy growth and strengthen democratic values. In doing so, we actively fight against racism and anti-Semitism and promote equality and inclusive behavior through special projects.
Particular attention is paid to promoting international understanding in Europe and worldwide. We want to build solidarity and are committed to empowering other institutions and sports associations to pursue these goals as well. We relieve associations by supporting the procurement of club equipment and thus creating resources for socially relevant projects.
With our partnerships, we strengthen volunteer work in clubs, the backbone of sporting offerings for the young generation. Equal opportunities are a central concern for us, which we promote through comprehensive measures.

Europe means: Diversity in nurseries, schools, universities, companies and public institutions. Border-free travel as a sign of borderless hospitality, as an invitation to experience this diversity — to feel: That is Europe.

We want to shape a Europe based on solidarity for the children of today and tomorrow. A Europe in which differences are respected and similarities are celebrated.
Our motto “ALLTOGETHER — for peaceful coexistence” is a recurring theme throughout our work. Football is the ideal medium for connecting the Europe of the future today.
Diversity is the key to successful and peaceful coexistence. We want to preserve these values and secure them for future generations.

More than just a game
Our contribution to sustainability
Since 1993, we have been specifically committed to social sustainability and are actively involved in positive social development. With football as our most important tool, we promote club life, which serves as an image of a functioning community. In Germany and Europe, we are thus implementing the vision of harmonious cooperation.
The United Nations 2030 Agenda and its 17 Sustainable Development Goals are an important driving force for our work. Particularly in the areas of health, gender equality, fewer inequalities and peace, we are contributing to the goals — true to our role as proud members of the “Football For The Goals” initiative. With our support, we create an environment in which future generations also have opportunities to develop.
