Diversity in the sports sector

The naturalness of diversity in the sports sector does not only extend beyond national borders. On the contrary, sport unites us all — just as we are. Origin, religion, skin colour do not matter — nor does it matter whether you have a disability or not. Working together unites us within our diversity. If football makes it possible to accept our differences, then to be different is “normal.”

In addition to our decades-long commitment to uniting young people from different countries, with different religions, with different attitudes about sport, we will also work for living diversity with people with disabilities in the future. For this purpose, we will organise various events to anchor the topic of inclusion even more intensively in children's and youth sport. The more people experience inclusion and diversity, the faster the sense of unity and belonging is achieved.
